Maximise your Microsoft365 investment with our project management apps!

There are many project management options available in Microsoft365. In this post I’ll help you understand appropriate use of each, and how to use our products to extract the maximum value from those services.

Maybe you are a user of Microsoft Planner, Microsoft ToDo, or Microsoft Lists for managing your tasks and projects? Perhaps you’re already paying for Project for the Web? Let’s have a look at a direct comparison:

Todo vs Planner vs Lists

Planner, ToDo, and Lists - free, as in beer!

You’re going to be using Planner, ToDo and Lists within your organization already.

They’re flexible and powerful. Our mission is to extract the very best from those tools.

For Planner and Lists, we supply market-leading Gantt chart products:

Maximise your investment

We have two really popular products for this purpose - both Gantt chart components for SharePoint and Teams. You can add them to a SharePoint page, or a Teams tab, and share the SharePoint List or set of Planner Plans with an audience of your choosing.

💲 There’s no per-user pricing component to these apps, so one flat fee allows you unlimited usage within your organization.

Extend the functionality of your existing M365 project management products - and let your users maximise use of the apps they already know.
